If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an immediate refund or exchange.
- One order only provide once refund/exchange service.
- Please ensure that merchandise tags, accessories, gifts and a variety of packaging integrity when returns.
- If because of your personal causes made damage to the goods (such as washing, fatliquoring of leather, embroidery, long using, etc.) will do not accept to be returned.
- Pictures and information for reference only, all products as per the material objects.
- Items sold together as a promotional offer cannot be returned separately.
- For exchanges, the items must be in unworn, unused condition and be within 7 days of receipt.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for all return freight charges if applicable including duties and taxes.
- We are not able to accept C.O.D. shipments.
- For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.

Please note your entire purchase will be sent in ONE package under any promotion, sale and special offer. Your purchase is NOT eligible for exchange and refund unless it is defective, incorrect or a missing order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For re-delivery on order exchanges and dissatisfaction with products, you will still be responsible for returning and re-delivery costs incurred. (This does not apply on defective, incorrect or missing orders.)
